Health picture: Pisces have beautiful legs, especially feet, and are prone to dancing. They are gourmets and their sense of style is fascinating. However, they are quite weak in health due to their tender body construction. Every season they catch cold or flu, accompanied by sinuses, and dehydration of the body. Their emotions are often their enemies, because they cause a lot of illnesses, based on nerves.
Pisces often fight with corns and bunions. They like everything upper class, so they treat themselves with food and alcohol, which is not the best system of self-treatment. Pisces don't need much to look fabulous, they need minimal efforts and proper diet, they will live even longer.

Eating tips: Insufficiency of iron creates a high risk of anemia and circular problems. Eat more lamb, berries, grapes, peaches, bananas, wholegrain bread and cereals, spinach, seafood, potatoes, raisins, lime, plum, apricot.
Avoid: Avoid salt, just because you have proper amounts of it from the food you eat, all the other amount is excessive. Drink coffee less, but don't exclude it from your diet. Pisces should be careful with alcohol, as they get drunk earlier than others.
