In case of water signs most of their health problems are connected to their mental and emotional state. Water people tend to exaggerate things and overreact. They are apt to chronic diseases or to diseases that occur time after time.

Excess Water

This type tends to slow digestion, lack of nutrients' solution, and problematic digestion. Excess water may be manifested in phlegm, cystic and oncotic formations, regular fungi caused problems. Also it can be demonstrated by obesity or weight issues. In order to help relieve the organism, a person will need to boost metabolism, radically fixing diet, and exercising. Excessive water may be compensated by hot and spicy, but dry food, not heavy and not fast food.

Cure: Salvia, oregano, basil, salad. Diuretics like parsley, chamomile, olive leaves, small amount of garlic.

Low Water

People with low water usually suffer from lack of toxins removal and insufficient water supply to every part of the body. People in such situation have problems with sleep, and always want to drink more. If you look at excess air, you'll see similar troubles as manifested here, problems with skin and hair hydration and improper digestion of vitamins. It is recommended for low water representatives to drink more herbal teas, instead of coffee and take bathes instead of a shower or move closer to the sea. Watery fruits and veggies like watermelons, cucumbers will help support water balance. Fasting will rather have negative impact on you. Less sun, less salt – more cool water.

Include into diet: Corn grains, oatmeal, algae, dairy, and sweet fruits.

Remove from diet: All types of beans, diuretics like cabbage, cranberry, eggplant, parsley, and tomatoes.

Cure: Honey, fruit smoothies and juices.
