Excess Fire

In cases when fire signs are destabilized or intensified, they start to become hotter and hotter in temper. If your fire can be described as low, it can be quite hard for you to withstand illnesses and burn-out them. In such case the food you intake is digested inappropriately, so you don’t get all the nutritional elements needed. Pitch in for hot, non-heavy, spicy, quite dry and full-flavored food.

Include into diet: Citruses, from dairy only yogurt, rucola, kale, spinach, broccoli, turnip.

Remove from diet: Meats and dairy (except yogurt).

Cure: Everything that boosts digestive apparatus: black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, paprika, mustard, chili.
